Work Description:
The works comprised the Demolition of a Warehouse Commercial office building including mezzanine and the redevelopment of the site constructing new Basement and Ground Floor Commercial space plus 8no. duplex apartments. The contiguous piling operation, basement and underground drainage provided some of the many challenges in a very restricted site with shared access which had to be maintained for adjoining owners.
