Kaymac were appointed to implement the Clients Planning Consent which entailed the Construction of an additional storey to a commercial building to provide 3no. high-spec & high-value residential apartments. Landlords areas servicing the ground floor retail units and upper floor offices were upgraded including a complex services installation. A separate residential staircase and lift were created from ground floor level to roof level through the existing demise, along with refurbishing a number of office units.
