Kaymac were contracted to provide a change of use of the upper parts of a 2-storey block of shop and offices in the High Street. The upper floor was upgraded in terms of sound, thermal and fire considerations to create 5no. new residential apartments. The block of retail united continued uninterrupted trading throughout the Contract Period. This involved a certain amount of working outside normal hours and temporary works. A high level of quality was achieved in the standard of finishes.
