The client acquired an old dilapidated two storey building which required shoring prior to demolition. Kaymac worked closely with Train & Kemp Structural Engineers in carrying out careful demolition and rebuilding the office premises. The building works were of a sensitive nature due to party wall awards in existence on three boundaries of the property. Planning considerations also meant the use of common brickwork to the front facade as well as renewal of metal windows. Kaymac’s fitting out team achieved a high level of finish to both tenant and meeting room areas. The project was completed within both budget and programme targets.
